1. This product is expertly designed for medium and small-scale planting, ideal for effectively irrigating fields ranging from 3.33 to 13.33 hectares or managing dispersed plots with finesse. Its compact and agile design allows for seamless handling and operation. It demands minimal investment and significantly reduces field passes, eliminating the need for tractors and ensuring straightforward, linear movement. This innovation minimizes field compaction and overcomes the limitations of traditional tractor-pulled hose reel systems.
2. Introducing a revolutionary self-propelled hose reel (shower irrigation) sprinkler, equipped with its own power supply. Featuring a 63mm caliber and 100m length PE pipe, this machine autonomously enters fields, efficiently laying and retrieving the pipe during irrigation. Watering amounts per hectare can be precisely controlled by adjusting the hose reel machine's walking speed. Once the PE pipe is fully retrieved, the machine automatically ceases operation, enhancing user convenience and efficiency.
3. The entire mechanism, including walking, driving, and pipe retrieval, is seamlessly motor-driven, powered by a robust 48-volt, 12-amp hour battery pack. For uninterrupted irrigation, a gasoline engine range extender recharges the battery, allowing for continuous, limitless operation over a full 24-hour cycle, ensuring your fields remain consistently watered with ease.
