1. Tailored for medium and small-scale planting, this product excels in efficiently irrigating fields sized between 3.33 to 13.33 hectares, as well as managing somewhat scattered plots. Its compact and nimble design ensures effortless handling and operation, requiring minimal investment while reducing field passes. Free from the constraints of tractor pulling, it guarantees straight-line movement and minimizes soil compaction, effectively overcoming the limitations inherent in traditional tractor-pulled hose reel systems.
2. This revolutionary product serves as a self-propelled hose reel (shower irrigation) sprinkler, equipped with its own power source. Featuring a robust 63mm caliber and a 100m length PE pipe, the machine autonomously navigates the fields, efficiently laying and retrieving the PE pipe during irrigation. Watering amounts per hectare are precisely adjustable by modifying the walking speed of the hose reel machine. Once the PE pipe is fully retrieved, the machine ceases operation automatically, simplifying the user experience.
3. The entire system, encompassing walking, driving, and pipe retrieval, is motor-driven, relying on a powerful 48-volt, 12-amp hour battery pack. A gasoline engine range extender is included to recharge the battery, facilitating continuous, uninterrupted operation for 24 hours, ensuring seamless and consistent irrigation.
