1. Meticulously designed for medium and small-scale agriculture, this product is the ideal choice for effectively irrigating fields spanning 3.33 to 13.33 hectares or managing relatively scattered plots. Its compact and agile design allows for effortless handling and operation, demanding less investment while minimizing field passes. By eliminating the need for tractors to pull, this system ensures straight-line movement, reducing field compaction and overcoming the limitations associated with traditional tractor-pulled hose reel systems.
2. This cutting-edge product is a self-propelled hose reel (shower irrigation) sprinkler, complete with its own independent power source. Featuring a 63mm caliber and 100m length PE pipe, the machine autonomously enters the fields, efficiently laying and retrieving the PE pipe during irrigation. The watering amounts per hectare can be precisely calibrated by adjusting the hose reel machine's walking speed. Upon full retrieval of the PE pipe, the machine halts automatically, facilitating ease of use and enhancing operational efficiency.
3. The entire mechanism, encompassing walking, driving, and pipe retrieval, is motor-driven, powered by a robust 48-volt, 12-amp hour battery pack. Additionally, a gasoline engine range extender is incorporated to recharge the battery, enabling continuous, limitless operation for up to 24 hours, ensuring uninterrupted and efficient irrigation.
