Uses and characteristics
Purpose:
The machine is mainly used for planting corn, sorghum,soya beans in prepared land or no-tilled land, It can be applied with crystalline and granular fertilizer, and can complete the processes of ditching and fertilization, ditching, sowing, soil cover, suppression and so on at one time.
Characteristics:
1. The sowing accuracy of planting is high, and the qualification index of the number of grains reaches more than 80%.
2. With the method of filling, it can operate at high speed. When the plant distance is not less than 20 cm, the planting speed can reach 8 km/h.
3. The hole distance is accurate, the seedlings are evenly distributed, the competition is small, the individual advantages can be given full play, the crop growth is vigourous, and the yield is high.
4. With the function of imitation, it can float with the ground, and the local block can maintain a certain sowing depth.
5. The transmission shafts of each line are connected into one, and the drive is unified. As soon as the speed is reached, the transmission power is large. Even if the wheels of one of the rows slip accidentally, it will not affect the normal sowing of the row.
6. The whole machine can change the plant spacing through the only gearbox, which can produce sixteen kinds of plant spacing. As long as the gearbox transmission ratio is changed, the stock spacing of each row of the whole machine can be changed.
7. The gearbox operator handle can control the radial swing and axial movement of the swing wheel at the same time, which is fast and convenient to operate. All gears of the gearbox are made of high-quality steel and carburised, and each transmission part is made of high-quality rolling bearings with reliable performance.
8. A large-displacement fertilizer box is selected, and the fertilizer pipe is thickened, and the maximum fertilizer discharge per Acre can reach 600 kilograms.
